Maximum occupancy is seven people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. Guests must follow the Good Neighbor Guidelines available in the Guest Portal after booking. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local team address is available on request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for arrangements. Reservations require final homeowner approval and electronic signing of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of 30 nights or more require additional cleaning and are non-refundable. The initial payment is 50% of the Grand Total, with the remaining balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable.

Getting there

Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions, weather and resort operations. Parking is limited to one car. Building painting may cause occasional noise or disruption; contact the team for current updates.
