House rules

Maximum occupancy is 10. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. Final homeowner approval and an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions are required to confirm a reservation. Half of the booking total is due upon booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Stays exceeding eight days require a paid In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team. Additional paid cleaning is arranged for stays longer than 30 nights. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. A credit card must be on file before arrival information is released. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local team address is available upon request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Early check-in or late check-out requires text-message authorization from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depends on availability. Cancellations more than 110 days before check-in receive a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, amounts paid are non-refundable.

Getting there

Old Town is a short walk away. Ski access is via the private community ski tower across from the home and the King's Crown run to the base of Park City Mountain. Ski-in/ski-out access is available only from January 18, 2027 through the end of the ski season, subject to snow, weather and resort operations. A maximum of two cars is allowed.
