The house

The 2,598-square-foot home has an open-plan living and dining area, expansive windows, a fireplace, mountain views and a kitchen with professional-grade appliances. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. A deck holds the private hot tub; a community hot tub is also available. Ski storage, a television, heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens and towels are provided.

Two bedrooms each have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth has two twins over one queen in a bunk arrangement. There are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

The community ski tower is across from the home, providing access via the King's Crown run to the base of Park City Mountain. Old Town and its Main Street shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Ski-in/ski-out access has seasonal, weather and resort-operation restrictions.
