House rules

Maximum occupancy is 12 people. Everyone must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $3,500.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $45 / package; luggage and skis must be picked up by guests, and additional UPS fees may apply. Contact the Reservation Team for more information. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh scheduled by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Stays of 30 nights or more require additional cleaning and are non-refundable. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from the Breckenridge InvitedHome team and depends on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for arrival.

Getting there

Access includes a short stretch of well-maintained dirt road. Four-wheel drive is required in winter. A maximum of five cars is permitted. The balcony off the upstairs king bedroom is not accessible to guests. The upstairs bedroom fireplace does not work; three other fireplaces are functional, and wind can extinguish the gas fireplaces.
