The house

The 4,198-square-foot lodge has stone and wood-beam detailing, mountain views, four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The main bedroom has a king bed; two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed; another guest bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed; and the fifth bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed.

The spacious kitchen includes an island, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, toaster, standard drip coffee maker and tea kettle. There is a dining table, private living room and private entrance. A wet bar, game room, pool table, darts, games, smart TV and satellite or cable television provide indoor entertainment.

Outdoor facilities include a hot tub with views, an upper-deck grill and an uncovered deck or patio. Three fireplaces are functional; the fourth fireplace in the upstairs bedroom does not work. Wind can extinguish the gas fireplaces, and assistance with relighting is available. The balcony off the upstairs king bedroom is not accessible to guests.

The home has heating, hot water, a washer and dryer, ski storage, a garage and free parking. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer, hangers, an iron and ironing board, and a high chair are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit and fireplace guards. Long-term stays are allowed.
