House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear must not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. All guests must follow the Good Neighbor Guidelines available in the Guest Portal after booking. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require a scheduled, paid In-Stay Refresh; stays of at least 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from the Beaver Creek InvitedHome team and depend on availability.
Getting there
Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow, weather and resort operations. Ski-out access leads to the Elkhorn Lift. Parking is limited to two garage spaces.
