The house

The 2,120-square-foot condo combines rustic western furnishings with a living area centered on a stone fireplace, a dining table seating 10 and a kitchen with marble countertops, log cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Mountain views and a patio or balcony are available.

The main sleeping room has a king bed, TV, dresser, patio access and an ensuite with a jetted soaking tub and steam shower. The guest room with a full bed has an ensuite shower. The twin guest room has two twin beds, a TV and a bathroom with a double vanity and shower. The bunk den contains two twin bunk beds with four twin sleeping berths. There are four full bathrooms.

Shared Villa Montane facilities include an outdoor pool and hot tub heated year-round, a fitness room and an on-site movie theater. Ski valet and ski storage are available, and complimentary breakfast is served in the lobby in winter. The home includes a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, heating, a dishwasher, standard drip coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, cooking basics, dishes and silverware. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, a hair dryer, shampoo and an iron with ironing board are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.

The condo is steps from the center of Beaver Creek Village, with ski-out access to the Elkhorn Lift. Split air-conditioning units serve the bedrooms and living room. Two garage parking spaces are available.
