House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people require prior approval. Report breakages and do not wear shoes indoors. Pets are allowed. Any breach of the house rules may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Lost, missing or unreturned keys incur a monetary fine. Return all keys. On departure, leave beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, remove rubbish using the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for belongings before leaving. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; found items can be returned within Australia subject to postage and service fees. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges; booking the preceding or following night is suggested to guarantee extended access, subject to availability. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, with conditions applying. Travel Support coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses allows claims up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions.
Getting there
Key collection is offsite and is not available 24/7. Collection details are provided three days before check-in following a successful reservation. Mandatory ID verification via a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are shared. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. The Chapel St/Alexandra Ave bus stop is 350 m away. Melbourne Airport is 30 km away, approximately 30 minutes by car or one hour by public transport.
