The house

The apartment has a bright open-plan living area with large windows, a three-seat couch and a TV with free-to-air channels and streaming using guests’ own accounts. The private covered balcony has an alfresco dining setup for four. Each of the two bedrooms has one queen bed, and there is one bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen includes utensils, cutlery, an oven, gas stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Indoor dining seats four. A laundry room has a washer and dryer. Towels, toiletries, a hairdryer and hotel-style bed linen with a three-sheet setup are provided, along with a small welcome amenity pack.

Split-system heating and cooling serves the living area; a portable heater and fan are also available. Wi-Fi, a desk, free on-premises parking, a garage and an elevator are available. The building is wheelchair accessible. Pets are allowed, and the apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12. Long-term stays are also allowed.

The Yarra River and Melbourne Botanical Gardens are a stroll away, with shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and public transport nearby. Chapel Street offers shopping and dining. The Chapel St/Alexandra Ave bus stop is 350 m away. Melbourne Airport is 30 km away, approximately 30 minutes by car or one hour by public transport.
