The house

The house has an open floor plan with multiple sitting rooms and reading nooks. An upstairs bedroom includes a sitting area, desk and ocean views. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and one upstairs; the main-floor queen bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom. Both bathrooms are on the main floor, one with a shower and tub and the other with a shower. The estimated floor area is 1,588 square feet.

Facilities include air conditioning in all three bedrooms, heating, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath and beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a stereo and Bluetooth speaker. Outdoor equipment includes a hot-and-cold outdoor shower, six beach chairs, a beach umbrella, six lounge chairs, patio furniture, three adult bicycles, gas and charcoal grilling equipment, and tennis rackets. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.

Downtown Montauk, Surf Lodge and Ditch Plains are nearby. A communal pool is 2–3 minutes away by car. The backyard is not fenced. After booking confirmation, the homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication through the Elite program.
