House rules
No smoking. Saturday check-in and checkout. A maximum of one dog is allowed; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and must not enter the pool or hot tub. Violating the pet policy may result in termination of tenancy. Children and pets must not ride the elevator unattended. Children must not play in or around the elevator or stand between its gate and landing door. Never enter the elevator hoistway. Do not use the elevator if its locking system is faulty, unusual sounds occur or the ride is abnormal; do not attempt repairs.
Getting there
The home is oceanfront and near the beach walkway. The named beach access is Porpoise Point Central Access. Parking is limited to seven vehicles. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; steps or thresholds may be required for access.
