- A maximum of one dog is allowed, with no weight limit. Cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken, and are not permitted in the pool or hot tub. No additional pet fee applies unless otherwise stated.

- Kitchen with dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster and drip coffee maker. A pod coffee maker is available beginning in 2027.

- Washer and dryer; laundry facilities on Level 2.
Pool
Private pool- Heated
Private outdoor pool; stated size 12 × 26. Regular opening dates are April 25–October 9, 2026, and April 24–October 8, 2027. Optional heating costs $500 plus tax per week and is unavailable in July and August. Extended opening dates are April 18, 2026, and April 17, 2027; an extended closing date of October 15, 2027 is available. The 2027 fee to extend pool dates is $200 plus tax per week. Pets are not permitted in the pool or hot tub.
