The house

Shore Road Serenity sleeps six in a cottage-style home with French doors, large windows, a high ceiling and open-plan gathering areas. The living room and dining area are complemented by an upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. All three bedrooms are on the main floor: the primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, closet and ensuite bathroom; the second has a queen bed, TV and closet; the third has two twin beds and a closet. Each bedroom has air conditioning. The primary bathroom has a shower and tub, and the second full bathroom has a shower.

Outside are a landscaped lawn, shaded seating, a deck/patio, six lounge chairs, patio furniture with an umbrella, a gas grill, a wood-burning fire pit and an outdoor hot/cold shower. Two kayaks are available. The home has direct waterfront access and 80 feet of private bay beachfront. Sag Harbor and Southampton are a short drive away.

Facilities include central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer, linens and towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and cookware. Entertainment includes a living-room television, cable and smart TV, and a Sonos speaker system. There is a private entrance and driveway parking for three cars.

One light cleaning per eight nights booked and an end-of-stay cleaning are included; additional cleanings are available at the guest's expense. Outdoor furniture and equipment availability outside Memorial Day through Labor Day must be checked before booking.
