The house

The home has five bedrooms and four full ensuite bathrooms plus a main-floor half bathroom. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors connect the open living room, dining area and equipped kitchen with the outdoors. Water views extend from nearly every room. The kitchen includes high-end appliances, a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, wine fridge and ice maker.

The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite with a shower and tub. The other second-floor bedrooms have a queen bed and twin beds respectively, each with a full ensuite shower bathroom. An enclosed third-floor sleeping area has a queen bed. A main-floor queen bedroom has an ensuite shower bathroom and garden access. Four bedrooms have balcony/deck access; every bedroom has air conditioning and a standard closet.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated saltwater pool, pool and yard fencing, patios and decks, lounge chairs, patio dining furniture, a gas grill, gas fire pit, outdoor shower, dock, kayak/canoe and beach chairs. Indoor facilities include central air conditioning, heating, a gas-burning fireplace, home automation, integrated ceiling speakers, Sonos, a television in the main living room, a smart TV, laundry facilities and a laptop-friendly workspace. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are available.

Southampton and nearby ocean beaches are a short drive away, and Shinnecock Golf Club is minutes away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
