The house

Shinnecock Shores has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a half bathroom and an additional office sleeping space with a sofa bed. Bright, open-plan living areas feature abundant windows, curated artwork and furnishings, with common areas opening onto an outdoor terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes premium appliances, cookware, dishes and a microwave.

Outside are a private heated pool, sun deck with lounge chairs, covered outdoor dining, a grill, a fire pit and a large fenced yard surrounded by greenery. A large parking area accommodates guests. The neighborhood beach on Shinnecock Bay is within walking distance; Coopers Beach is a short drive or Uber ride away and requires a parking pass.

The first-floor bedrooms contain a king bed with a full ensuite bathroom and two queen beds respectively. The first-floor office sleeping space has a sofa bed and streaming TV. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, full ensuite bathroom, streaming TV, walk-in closet and private balcony/deck. A first-floor hall bathroom has a shower; the first-floor ensuite has a shower/tub combination; the primary ensuite has a shower and tub. The half bathroom is upstairs.

Air conditioning throughout, heating, Wi-Fi, a dedicated work-from-home space, a washer and dryer, fitness equipment, bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation as part of the Elite program.
