The house

Built by a Scandinavian designer and builder, the home has a bright open floor plan, cathedral ceilings and multiple sitting and dining areas. The updated kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, cookware and dishes. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a designated workspace, a washer and dryer, cable TV, linens and towels are provided.

The primary bedroom has a double/full bed, closet and balcony/deck. The second bedroom doubles as an office and has a twin daybed and closet. An additional open sleeping area has a sofa bed and TV. All three sleeping areas are on the first/main floor and have air conditioning. The full bathroom is on the same floor and has a shower/tub combination. Maximum occupancy remains two guests.

The private backyard has a covered brick patio, outdoor dining furniture, three lounge chairs, multiple sitting areas and a charcoal grill. Free parking and a private entrance are available.

The home is near Southampton and Hampton Bays, Shinnecock Hills Golf Club and local beaches. Coopers Beach and other Southampton and Hampton Bays beaches are a short drive away.

The owner handles property preparation, arrival coordination, guest communication and maintenance. A StayMarquis Guest Experience Manager can help facilitate requests such as grocery shopping or arranging a private chef.
