The house

The home sits on a quiet landscaped block in Shinnecock Hills. Its open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen provide shared gathering space. The kitchen includes a microwave and coffee maker, and the home has central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a work-from-home space, and an in-home washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

The primary bedroom and a second bedroom are on the main floor; two further bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed and streaming TV, and each other bedroom has one double/full bed. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and a standard closet. A full bathroom with a shower is on the main floor, and a half bathroom is upstairs.

Outside are a private heated pool, an uncovered patio with outdoor dining furniture and an umbrella, lounge chairs, a gas grill, a gas fire pit, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower and a cooler. Southampton Village is a short drive away, with shopping, restaurants and art galleries. Shinnecock Hills Golf Club is minutes away, and nearby beaches include Cooper's Beach, Flying Point Beach, Halsey Neck Beach, Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
