The house

The home has a bright, open layout connecting the living room, dining area and equipped kitchen. Kitchen facilities include a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, a toaster, blender, pot and Keurig coffee makers, wine fridge and ice maker. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

All three bedrooms are on the second floor and have air conditioning. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a full ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub, streaming TV and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has one double/full bed, and the third has two twin/single beds; both have standard closets. A second full bathroom with a shower is on the second floor, and a half bathroom is on the main floor.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated pool, a covered patio with seating and dining furniture, a gas grill, lounge chairs, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The home also has a Sonos speaker system, a laptop-friendly workspace and a dedicated gym with a stationary bike, weight-training equipment and a stretching/yoga mat.

Nearby beaches include Ponquogue Beach, Meschutt Beach and Tiana Town Beach. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking through the Elite program.
