House rules

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Maximum occupancy is eight. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Additional guests and events require express approval. Events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. The owner may arrange property showings to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

The property is not handicap accessible. All bedrooms and main living spaces are on the main floor; one bathroom is on the lower level. Shinnecock Hills Golf Course is two miles away. Nearby beaches include Cooper's Beach, Flying Point Beach, Halsey Neck Beach, Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about pool, outdoor furniture and equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May.
