The house

The approximately 4,400-square-foot home accommodates up to 13 guests across five bedrooms and an additional lower-level office sleeping area. An open, light-filled layout includes multiple sitting and dining areas and a great room with a fireplace. The island kitchen has appliances, a microwave, coffee maker and wine fridge.

The primary king bedroom is on the main floor. Upstairs are two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and a bedroom with two queen beds; all five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, cable/satellite television and closets. The second bedroom also has a balcony/deck. The lower-level sleeping area has a sofa bed, air conditioning, television and a closet. There are six full bathrooms and one main-floor powder room.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated, unfenced pool, outdoor shower, gas grill, patio, multiple seating areas, lawns and a fenced backyard. Guests can use communal tennis courts in the neighborhood. Indoor facilities include a gym, media room, ping pong table and Sonos sound systems. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. There is no hot tub or crib.

Shinnecock Hills offers access to Hamptons restaurants, shops, galleries, golf and walking trails. Nearby beaches include Cooper's Beach, Flying Point Beach, Halsey Neck Beach, Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
