The house

The renovated home has a spacious living area with sofas, a lower level for additional space, and a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, ice maker and Nespresso coffee equipment. Heating, hot water, linens, towels and a main-living-room television are provided.

The sleeping arrangements include an upstairs room with a double/full bed and a twin/single bed, an upstairs king room with a full ensuite bathroom, and a main-floor queen room. Two further main-floor sleeping areas are offered, one with a sofa bed. All of these sleeping spaces have air conditioning.

Outdoor facilities include an uncovered deck/patio, lounge chairs, a table and chairs, a Weber gas grill, a wood-burning Solo Stove fire pit, beach supplies and five beach chairs.

The home is close to town, on the border of Peconic Lake and historic Shinnecock Hills. Atlantic beaches are a few blocks away on foot; nearby beaches include Meschutt, Dune and Road D Beaches. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
