The house

The approximately 3,500-square-foot home has an open living, dining and kitchen layout, multiple sitting and dining areas, a wood fireplace, gym equipment and a work-from-home space. The kitchen includes a microwave and coffee maker. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

Outside are a fenced backyard, private fenced pool, patio, outdoor shower and an expansive dining and cooking area with a gas BBQ, food-preparation space and dishwasher. Free on-site parking is available.

The primary bedroom is on the second floor with a king bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom, TV, closet and balcony/deck. Two further second-floor bedrooms have a king bed and a queen bed respectively, each with air conditioning and a closet. The lower-level guest bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning and a closet. There are four full bathrooms: the primary ensuite with shower, a second-floor bathroom with shower/tub combination, a main-floor bathroom with shower and a lower-level bathroom with shower.

Coopers Beach and Shinnecock Hills Golf Club are minutes away. Southampton Village has restaurants and bars; nearby grocery options include Stop & Shop and Citarella. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
