The house

Shinnecock Bay Serene accommodates up to eight guests in three bedrooms with four full bathrooms. The open-plan living spaces have abundant natural light, a fully equipped wrap-around kitchen, a dining table seating eight, and a living room with a big-screen TV and direct deck access. A washer and dryer, central air conditioning, heating, linens and bath towels are provided.

The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, streaming TV, walk-in closet and balcony/deck. The second upstairs bedroom has a king bed and a bunk bed with a double lower bunk and twin upper bunk, an ensuite bathroom, streaming TV and standard closet. The main-floor bedroom has a queen bed, streaming TV and standard closet. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. The primary bathroom has a shower, tub and rain shower; the second upstairs bathroom and main-floor guest bathroom have shower/tub combinations. The lower-level guest bathroom has a shower.

Outdoor facilities include a fenced private heated saltwater pool, uncovered deck/patio, lounge chairs, outdoor table and chairs with an umbrella, gas barbecue and a built-in playground on the lawn below. There is also a sauna and a gym/fitness room with weight-training equipment. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee equipment, toaster, dishes and silverware. Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace are available.

The home is near Shinnecock Bay, art galleries, restaurants, Southampton and multiple beaches. Outdoor facilities are subject to seasonal availability.
