The house

The home has a traditional floor plan with a main living room, additional sitting areas, a formal dining room and an open-concept kitchen with a breakfast nook. The kitchen includes appliances, a coffee maker, cookware and dining essentials. Sliding doors connect the living room to the deck. Central air conditioning, heating, a designated workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a Sonos speaker system are available.

Outdoor spaces include a large fenced yard, a fenced private heated pool with chaise loungers and a sun deck, covered and uncovered decks, a furnished screened-in porch, outdoor dining and a gas barbecue. Ample parking is available.

All four bedrooms are on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed; the third has a queen bed and twin bunk bed; the fourth has a double/full bed and TV. Each bedroom has air conditioning. The three guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A powder room is on the main floor. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided. The estimated floor area is 2,682 square feet.

The home is near town, restaurants, shops, galleries, bars and farm stands. Crescent Beach and Wades Beach are a short drive or bike ride away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
