The house

This approximately 2,700-square-foot home accommodates up to six guests. Its open layout connects a den, living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, with modern minimalist décor and natural light. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee equipment, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. A game room has ping-pong, foosball and a TV; additional entertainment includes cable and smart TV and a Sonos speaker system.

All three bedrooms are on the main floor and have air conditioning and closets: one has a king bed, one a twin/single bed and one a double/full bed. The main floor has a half bathroom, a full bathroom with a shower, and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided. The home also has heating, hot water, a washer and dryer, a private entrance, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher.

The covered deck/patio has an outdoor dining table, seating and an umbrella. Outdoor facilities include a private heated saltwater pool, six lounge chairs, a charcoal grill, a fire pit and a fenced yard. Two adult bicycles, two children's bicycles, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are available. Shelter Island beaches, restaurants, boutiques, art galleries and golf courses are nearby.
