Reservations require approval before confirmation. Maximum occupancy is eight; no additional guests are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating guest groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. One hypoallergenic, non-shedding dog of 25 lbs or less is permitted for $250.00 per booking. Other dogs, multiple dogs and all other pets require express approval. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and successfully rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If the dates are not rebooked, guests may use their original dates if scheduled payments are complete and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above that amount must be by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to booking-agreement coverage details. The owner may show the home to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to arrange reasonable daytime hours.

Hiberry Lane Beach is 0.3 mile away within walking distance; Carousel Lane Beach is 0.2 mile away within walking distance. Menhaden Lane Beach is 1.3 miles away within biking distance. The home has three levels and is not handicap accessible. It is not suitable for unrelated guests. The primary renter must be at least 35 years old. Outside Memorial Day through Labor Day, inquire before booking whether outdoor furniture and equipment will be available; spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May.
