The house

The approximately 2,100-square-foot home has an open living and dining area with oversized windows, a two-story living room, an open gallery and a lower-level entertainment and living area. A large kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware and tableware, plus an ice maker, coffee equipment, toaster and blender.

Three spacious bedrooms are upstairs: one has a king bed and TV, and two have queen beds. Each has a closet. A separate private sleeping area on the main floor has a king bed, TV and closet. The primary suite has an ensuite bath, and one bedroom has a water view. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and essentials are provided.

Outside are an uncovered deck/patio, lounge chairs, a gas grill, a private outdoor pool and a fenced yard. Beach equipment includes four beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, paddle board and beach toys. The home also has heating, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, parking and a private entrance. Entertainment includes a main-living-room television, Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker system. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.
