The house

The home has open-plan living, dining and kitchen spaces with high ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, wine fridge, toaster, pot coffee maker and Nespresso machine. Sliding doors connect the dining area to the deck. A den beside the kitchen has a sectional sofa and glass doors to the backyard.

All three bedrooms have king beds, air conditioning and standard closets. Two bedrooms are on the main floor, including one with balcony/deck access. The upstairs bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. The main-floor bathroom has a shower/tub combination. One bedroom opens directly to the backyard.

Outside are a private heated outdoor freshwater pool, pool and yard fencing, lounge chairs, an expansive lawn, and a deck with a table, chairs and umbrella. A gas grill is provided. Indoor amenities include central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a Sonos speaker system, a main-living-room television and Smart TV. A washer, dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, hair dryer and iron are provided. Parking and a Tesla electric-vehicle charger are available.

The homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation as part of the Elite program.
