The house

The approximately 1,900-square-foot home has an open floor plan and a renovated kitchen with new appliances. Kitchen equipment includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes and silverware. All three bedrooms are on the first/main floor and have air conditioning: one has a king bed and two have queen beds. Each of the three first/main-floor bathrooms is a full bathroom with a shower.

The rear deck has a vine-covered pergola, outdoor dining furniture and four lounge chairs. The fenced backyard contains a private heated gunite pool; the pool itself is not fenced. A gas grill, attached garage and full basement with outdoor access are also available.

Other amenities include central air conditioning, heating, Nest thermostats, a usable fireplace, an indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, a private entrance, bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher. The home is conveniently located to ocean beaches and Southampton Village.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program. Reservations require approval before confirmation.
