Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. A damage deposit of EUR 300 applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs €150 per stay. Guests must dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
