The house

The house has a single-floor layout with an air-conditioned sitting-dining area open to the kitchen, a sofa and satellite television. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes. Two bedrooms each have a double bed; the remaining bedroom has two single sleeping places in a trundle-bed arrangement. One double bedroom has space for a cot and high chair. Both bathrooms have showers. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

The private saltwater pool measures 8 by 4 metres and is 1 to 1.7 metres deep. Its surroundings include artificial grass, sun loungers and parasols, with mountain views. The garden also has lawn, shade trees and two football goals. A porch and terrace provide outdoor space, and a mobile barbecue is available. The plot is fenced; neighbours are approximately 50 metres away.

Lloseta has a Saturday food market, a small grocery shop and restaurants. Hiking trails and cycling routes are nearby. Inca is a five-minute drive away, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. A car is essential.
