The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 28 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
