The two-storey house has a lawned garden, furnished verandas for outdoor dining and a barbecue area. The saltwater pool measures 8 × 4 metres and has a uniform depth of 1.50 metres.
On the ground floor, the open-plan living and dining area has two sofas, a Smart TV and air conditioning. The kitchen has an induction cooker, cooking utensils and a microwave. There is a separate toilet and a twin bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom.
The first floor has another twin bedroom and a double bedroom, each with air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom. The double bedroom opens onto a furnished terrace. A cot and highchair are provided for guests travelling with a baby. A washing machine, dryer and iron are available. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.
