Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The dining-room fireplace is decorative only. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

Son Sant Joan Airport is 38.9 km away, Petra train station 6.1 km, Sant Joan bus stop 3.4 km, Palma ferry terminal 50 km, Hospital de Manacor 19.1 km and Golf Park Mallorca Puntiró 28.2 km away. Outdoor parking is limited to four cars.
