The two-storey house retains its traditional character. The ground floor has a living room with air conditioning and satellite TV, a separate dining room, a kitchen with a gas cooktop, a shower bathroom and a twin bedroom. Upstairs are four air-conditioned bedrooms: three with twin beds and one with a trundle bed. One upstairs bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom, and there is a further shower bathroom on this floor.
The private saltwater pool measures 10 × 3 metres and is 1.20–1.60 metres deep. Sunbeds, several terraces and a barbecue provide outdoor space within the fenced, private property.
