Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Air conditioning operates from 14:00–17:00 and 21:00–08:00 only. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Electricity is mandatory at 0.30€/KW. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

The supermarket is 6.2 km away, Palma de Mallorca airport 42.3 km, Manacor train station 27.6 km, Palma ferry 50 km, Hospital de Manacor 28.3 km and Vall d'Or golf course 16.6 km. Exterior parking is limited to three cars.
