The house

The house combines traditional and modern elements across two floors. The main floor has a living-dining room with air conditioning and satellite TV, plus a separate kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender and cooking utensils. Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are provided. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. A crib and high chair can be provided.

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor: one with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, and one with two single beds. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a double bed; each has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is also an additional shower bathroom and an outdoor bathroom. All five bedrooms have air conditioning. Air conditioning operates only from 14:00 to 17:00 and from 21:00 to 08:00.

The private chlorine pool measures 12 by 6 metres and is 1.20–1.80 metres deep. Outside are an outdoor shower, a garden with ten sun loungers and parasols, a children's play area, table tennis, a tennis court, a terrace, a porch and outdoor dining space. Free exterior parking accommodates three cars.

Cala Mondragó beach is 12.4 km away, Santanyí town is 7 km away and the supermarket is 6.2 km away. Palma de Mallorca airport is 42.3 km away. Pets and events are not permitted. Mandatory electricity charges, a damage deposit and tourist tax apply.
