The house

This furnished home occupies over half an acre and has more than 2,000 square feet of interior space, with an upside-down layout and open-plan living spaces on the upper level. The living room has a beach-stone fireplace, seating and a large flat-screen TV. Hardwood floors run throughout the home.

The chef’s kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wood cabinetry, a wine fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine. The breakfast area seats two and the dining table seats four. A den shared by the guest bedrooms has a wet bar, flat-screen TV and stationary bike. A Sonos speaker system, heating, linens, bath towels, an iron and ironing board, and a laundry room with washer and dryer are available.

The expansive deck has a gas grill, a table seating four and a loveseat, with sunset and ocean-horizon views. There is a further outdoor seating area at ground level. The upper-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom, TV, closet and deck access. The first-floor secondary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom, TV and closet. The third bedroom is on the first floor and has eight twin/single beds, air conditioning, TV and a walk-in closet. The house has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom; the upper-floor full bathroom includes a shower and tub.

Downtown Montauk and Ditch Plains Beach are within walking distance. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
