Bedroom 1 has a double bed and space for a cot; bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two single beds. A high chair, towels, hair dryer, fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.
The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. The private terrace provides space for meals outdoors. The communal grounds include a large lawn and a chlorine pool measuring 9 × 5 m, with depths of 0.5–1.6 m, plus an integrated children's pool measuring 2 × 2 m and 0.4 m deep.
