Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is required. Final cleaning is mandatory at €200 per stay. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
