The house

The house is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has a living room with Smart TV, a fully equipped gas kitchen with a dining area, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are a second twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom containing a shower and bathtub. There is also an outdoor toilet.

Outside are a 9 × 7 metre chlorine pool, an outdoor shower, a paved sunbathing area, sun loungers, parasols, a garden, a large porch, a terrace and a barbecue for outdoor meals.

Wi-Fi, fans, satellite television, towels and a hair dryer are available. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine and crockery. A cot and high chair are provided for babies. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.

Recycling facilities include separate paper, plastic, organic waste and glass bins. Water-efficient fittings, towel reuse, LED lighting, renewable electricity, solar energy, double-glazed windows and smart energy controls are available.
