House rules
Minimum stay: 30 nights. Smoking is not allowed. Children are welcome. Pets are discouraged; approval is required for one small dog per group with a $100 pet fee. Disclose dog information before arrival. Dogs must not be left unattended, barking is not tolerated, and owners must clean up after their pets. A starter kit is provided; guests must replenish supplies as needed. Beach equipment rentals cost extra.
Getting there
Torrey Pines State Beach and Reserve are steps away. A car is not necessary. The home is in a residential neighborhood near cafés, restaurants, shops and scenic trails.
