The house

The home has wood flooring, modern finishes and an open-concept living area with plush seating, a Smart TV and a dining area seating four. The travertine-tiled kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a custom island and ample storage, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and cooking utensils.

Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, central air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, garden views, central and split air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. A shared bathroom is off the hallway, and the living room provides additional sleeping on a queen sleeper sofa. Linens and storage are provided, along with central heating.

The enclosed private yard has landscaping, a tiled patio, outdoor dining, seating and a BBQ grill. A fire pit and fireplace are also available. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and an insulated cooler bag are provided; beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Laundry facilities are shared in the garage.

Wi-Fi, Ethernet, satellite or cable television and a printer/scanner/fax are available. Children are welcome, and a pack and play is provided. The home has a private entrance and self check-in/check-out. Stays require a minimum of 30 nights, and guests replenish supplies after the starter kit is used.
