Minimum stay: 30 consecutive days. The property is offered as a monthly rental, and the full-month charge applies regardless of nights stayed. A utility fee of $500/month applies to stays of 21 or more days. Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge.
