The house

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas have floor-to-ceiling windows, partial ocean views and sliding doors to a wrap-around deck. The deck includes shaded seating, chaise lounges and a bar-height dining table with an umbrella. A fully fenced tropical yard has gated entry, and an outdoor shower is available.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, split air conditioning, a workspace, private deck access and partial ocean views. Its ensuite includes a stand-alone tub and shower, with a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, split air conditioning, a workspace and floor-to-ceiling windows with deck views; it uses the shared full bathroom across the hall.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender and dishes and utensils. Split air conditioning is provided throughout, alongside high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels and beach gear. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge. Entertainment includes a smart TV and satellite or cable TV. Free parking and a private entrance are available.

Kailua Beach, local cafés, boutiques and farmers’ markets are within walking reach. Lanikai Beach, the Pillbox Hike and Kailua Town’s shops and dining are a short drive away. Stays must be at least 30 consecutive days.
