The ground floor has an open living and dining area with a bouclé sofa, photographic wall art, pendant lights and herringbone wooden floors. The dining table seats six. Glass panes separate the kitchen from the living room; the kitchen has white cabinetry, black countertops and a breakfast nook seating five.
The top-floor principal bedroom has a queen-sized bed and direct access to a private terrace. Three third-floor bedrooms each have a single bed and a desk. A further single bedroom is on the lower ground floor. The principal en-suite has a shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. The third-floor bedrooms share a bathroom with a double washbasin and shower. The lower-ground-floor bathroom, adjacent to the single bedroom, has a shower, washbasin and washer dryer.
A paved patio surrounded by greenery provides outdoor space, in addition to the top-floor terrace. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood close to the subway for exploring Paris.
Facilities include central heating, free Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen, laundry appliances and an elevator. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery.
