The villa has five air-conditioned king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Three bedrooms are upstairs; two have sea-view balconies, while the third faces the garden. Two ground-floor bedrooms open onto private verandas with seating. The main bedroom has an adjoining snug overlooking the infinity pool, and a second snug provides flexible office space. Open-plan kitchen, dining and TV areas connect to a terrace and pool deck. The kitchen includes a separate chef’s preparation area.
A courtyard has three fountains and tropical foliage, while the terrace offers shaded lounging and outdoor dining. Amenities include ceiling fans, hair dryers, a media room, smart TV, a security safe and a beach shower. Watersports are available by request. Staffing includes a kitchen assistant and housekeeper/laundress. Cook service is provided in summer and winter; chef and butler services are provided for Christmas bookings only.
