The house

The approximately 4,000-square-foot home has a great room with a stone fireplace, a chef's kitchen with marble counters and new appliances, and first-floor sliders and skylights. The first-floor primary suite has a marble bathroom with a shower and tub. Two further first-floor bedrooms share a bathroom; this floor also has a powder room with pool access and a laundry room. A media room and an ensuite guest bedroom occupy the lower level.

Outdoor facilities include a heated, fenced private pool, a fenced backyard, entertaining space, a playground and swing set, an outdoor shower, lounge chairs, an uncovered patio with furniture, and a gas grill. There are two adult bicycles and two children's bicycles. Three communal tennis courts include two Har-Tru courts and one hard court.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, toaster, blender, pot and Keurig coffee makers, cookware, dishes and silverware. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided, along with heating, a washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and a Bluetooth speaker/stereo system. The home has a private entrance, hot water, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
