Before you book
House rules
The renter must be at least 25 years old. Dogs are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. A non-refundable, mandatory Sea Colony resort fee applies to every guest aged 4 and older, per person per week, and grants access to community-managed facilities. VueStay collects the fee on behalf of Sea Colony. Published 2026 fees are: April 1–May 8, 2026: $20; May 9–June 5, 2026: $35; June 6–September 11, 2026: $58; September 12–October 16, 2026: $35; October 17, 2026–March 31, 2027: $20. Fees may change without notice. The 2027 fees are not finalized; 2026 fees are placeholders and may be adjusted. Purchasing the required resort fee before arrival helps avoid check-in delays. Amenity availability is not guaranteed.
Getting there
Oceanfront location with access to Sea Colony's half-mile private beach. A maximum of two Sea Colony parking passes is available; additional vehicles must park off the property.
