The house

The condo has a living and dining area with ceramic tile flooring, a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms including a full hallway bathroom, and three bedrooms including a primary suite. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed; the third has a double bed and a twin bed.

Central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, two TVs, Blu-ray, cable, heating, an iron, a dishwasher, a microwave and a stove are available. The condo is accessible without stairs, and an elevator is available.

Sea Colony has a half-mile private beach, 12 shared pools including two indoor pools, tennis facilities, fitness centers, a hot tub, a sauna, activities for all ages, a summer community shuttle and year-round security. Community facility access requires an additional mandatory resort fee; amenity availability is not guaranteed.
